The giveaway is open to residents of Alberta who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of Local Elite Real Estate may be excluded from winning.

3. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase, payment, or real estate transaction is necessary to enter or win. Entry into this giveaway does not require the use of any real estate services and does not provide any advantage in a real estate transaction.

4. Public Giveaway
This promotion is intended as a community giveaway and is open to the public. Participation is not tied to buying or selling real estate.

5. Entry Period
Entries will be accepted from March 8, 2026 to May 2, 2026.

6. How to Enter
Participants may enter by completing the official giveaway entry form on the Local Elite Real Estate website, in person with a member of the team, via Social Media.

Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated. 

7. Prize
The prize for this giveaway is an outdoor living package!
The prize has no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and is non-transferable.

8. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on May 2, 2026.

The winner will be contacted using the information provided on the entry form.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, another entry may be drawn.

9. Privacy
Personal information collected for the giveaway will be used only for the purpose of administering the contest and contacting the winner. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
